In this role, you will be responsible for all day to day administration matters related to incoming, current and previous reservations and ensure all in-house guests enquiries are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner, doing whatever it takes to assist them to have an enjoyable stay.
The ideal candidate will have hotel reception experience and knowledge of Guestline or similar Property Management System. Previous customer-facing experience is a must. You will have a pleasant, “can-do” attitude and guest-friendly demeanor and enjoy working as part of a small team to deliver friendly, efficient and attentive service to all guests and visitors.
