Explore Scotland by Motorbike

Scotland is renowned for its breathtaking geography, spectacular scenery and rich heritage and there is no better way to experience it than on a bike.  The roads that traverse the countryside, that twist and turn, that climb to the top of the highest peaks and plummet down to the sea that are the bane of the car driver, especially when stuck behind a tractor, are a joy to the bike rider who can weave and wend their way around even the most obstinate hurdle.

Aberdeen is the cosmopolitan city which is the geographic hub from which an amazing diversity of scenery and routes emanate for example The Whisky Trail, The Coastal Trail, The Castle Trail and The Victorian Heritage Trail.  It is also home to a vast number of restaurants, pubs and live music venues to ensure that your nights are as enjoyable as your days.   The variety of routes and scenery around Aberdeen will ensure that you’ll experience something different each time during the holiday.

Leader of the Pack

Explore Scotland by Motorbike is available for individual riders, individual pillion passengers or for groups of riders or pillions up to 6, with or without a guide. A guide can substantially enhance the experience by negating the need for frequent stops for map consultations and leading you along routes not always found on a map. Intercoms are available enabling the guide to provide commentary during the motorcycle ride on relevant local history, fantastic views and of course upcoming hazards.

Guides are trained to the highest standard and being police-trained riders all have a high level of first aid training and “first bike on scene" first aid training.

Easy Rider

Scotlandbybike.com is the award-winning motorcycle hire and touring company with whom we have partnered to undertake all the tour management they will ensure that your Explore Scotland by Motorbike is actually spent “on your bike”, not in the administration.
