As this is a new website we have spent a lot of time constructing the content around what our guests routinely ask us and what our research into what visitors to our old website thought was lacking and what they would like to see answered by a new website.  

Consequently, this section will evolve in response to website visitor feedback.  Please email your questions or opinions to rosemount@skene-house.co.uk  Thank you.

Here is some key information that you might find useful:

Check in time: 14:00.  Please let us know if you will be arriving earlier than 11am, as we will try our best to have the suite ready for your arrival.

Late check in:  Our receptions are open 24/7 so you may check in at any time.  If you are expecting to arrive later than 11pm it’s a good idea to let us know so that the Concierge on duty is aware of the time of your arrival.

Check out time: 11:00.  

Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your reservation you may do so up until 14:00, on the day of your expected arrival, to receive a full refund.

Breakfast Restaurants' opening times: 7:00am – 9:30am (Mon – Fri) 8:00am – 10:30am (Sat – Sun)

Honour Bars' opening times: 11:00am – 12:00am (Mon – Fri) 12:00pm – 12:00am (Sat – Sun)

Rates:  all rates quoted include VAT at 17.5%
