Conference Rates
There are 2 levels of pricing:
1) For meetings of 12 delegates or more we charge a day delegate rate of £36 + VAT which includes room hire and catering.
2) For meetings of 11 delegates or less there is a room hire cost with catering charged seperately dependning on requirements.
The day delegate package includes everything you would need to quickly and efficiently arrange, set up and hold a meeting or training session.
We are extremely flexible on timings for conference and events.
Hire of conference room
Included in day delegate ConferenceSuites' rate:
- Broadband access
- LCD projector and screen
- Flipcharts and pens
- Delegate conference pads and pens/pencils
- Fruit basket
- Sweets
- Water, still and sparkling (the option of filtered water will also be available)
- Cordials
Catering:
- Morning arrival: selection of hot and cold beverages, breakfast pastries and fresh fruit
- Mid-morning break: selection of hot and cold beverages and homebakes
- Lunch: soup of the day, freshly baked breads, range of sandwich fillings and salads. and hot beverage selection and mints. Menu upgrades are available, please see illustrative prices below.
- Afternoon break: selection of hot and cold beverages and homebakes
Menu upgrade options for day delegate rate package:
- Finger buffet lunch: £2.00 +VAT supplement per person
- Two course hot lunch: £5-£6.00 + VAT supplement per person depending on menu choice
- Bacon Rolls for morning arrival: £2.00 + VAT supplement per person
