Each event is, like our conference suite facilities, unique and we do not have a prescribed approach. So, please discuss the specifics of your event with our Sales Manger, Diane Paterson +44 (0) 1224 645971 so that we can tailor a solution to your needs.
We can help plan, organize and execute to whatever level you require. However, hands-on or off you want the conference and meetings team to be, our aim will still be to exceed your expectations.
Two things that will remain consistent no matter the size or type of event: the first, our approach to sourcing the best quality, locally produced or sourced products and materials, where available; the second, to operate according to sustainable and ethical tourism and business practices whether this be environmentally motivated, fair-trade or organic purchasing or local community-support initiatives. We hope you will support us in our endeavours and to bring to our attention areas where we could improve or share examples of best practice evidenced elsewhere.
Our 3 meeting rooms in Aberdeen are available on a day delegate rate, for full and half days, or are available on a room hire only option. These are available on a residential and non-residential basis. The hire schedule shown below is a guide only as we are extremely flexible on conference and event timings :
Morning only 08:00 – 12:00
Afternoon only 13:00 – 17:00
Evening only 18:00 – 22:00
Full day hire 08:00 – 17:00
For multiple day events in Aberdeen, you will have exclusive use of the meeting room(s) for the duration of your event ie you do not have to vacate the room at the end of each day to make way for another function only to have to set up again the next day.
Our chef has a variety of catering options available to suit your event and budget.
