Fantastic way to live !
Just had a great easter weekend break in aberdeen. we had not stayed here for over 30yrs and it was good to see what we could remember, and all the changes that had been made to the city. Our stay at Skene House Holburn was perfect all the. Staff were very friendly and helpful,my only regret is i wish we were there longer to truly benefit from Apartment living, it's a great way to have a break and still feel like a home from home. We will be back but for much longer next time.

Our group of 5 people stayed at Skene House Rosemount for two nights prior to attending the Speyside Whisky Festival. All 5 rooms were recently refitted, immaculately clean, and beautifully furnished. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and directed us to great places to eat and sample a dram of fine Scottish whisky.

This was our best hotel experience in Britain! Skene House Rosmeount was recently renovated and up-dated their serviced apartments. We had one on two levels - downstairs we had a plush living area with flat screen TV and internet connection, a compact kitchen area and beautiful and spotlessly clean bathroom. A modern wooden spiral staircase took us to our lovely bedroom. Secure car parking outside in courtyard. Suite was very well serviced daily and price included a fantastic breakfast in another room in the hotel with a brilliant selection of fruit salads, breads, ham, cheese and yoghurt. Cooked breakfast would be extra but no one seemed to feel the need to have this. Very helpful and courteous staff. Short walking distance to Aberdeen's Union Street shops and Rosemount Viaduct is an interesting little area for shopping too. Brilliant bread shop just down the street. Generally very relaxing and we look forward to going back.

If you thought that a serviced apartment couldn't be as good as a hotel room think again. Skene House Whitehall was simply excellent. The bedroom and lounge were all well-furnished and decorated, and the fully-fitted kitchen even had a dishwasher. A free drink (3 malts on offer) from the honour bar was a nice extra, and although there wasn't anything special about the deluxe continental breakfast it was still fine. Howie's restaurant just around the corner is good, and the main shopping drag is only a few minutes' walk away. Highly recommended.
