Check in time: 14:00. Please let us know if you will be arriving earlier than 11am, as we will try our best to have the suite ready for your arrival.
Late check in: Our receptions are open 24/7 so you may check in at any time. If you are expecting to arrive later than 11pm please let us know so that the Concierge on duty is aware of the time of your arrival.
Check out time: 11:00.
Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your reservation you may do so up until 14:00, on the day of your expected arrival, to receive a full refund.
Breakfast Restaurants' opening times: 7:00am – 9:30am (Mon – Fri) 8:00am – 10:30am (Sat – Sun)
Honour Bar opening times: 11:00am – 00:00am (Mon – Fri) 12:00pm – 00:00am (Sat – Sun)
