Customer Service Dedication
Staff at Skene House HotelSuites recently took part in World Host training. The World Host course is an excellent platform for developing and focusing customer care skills. The in-house course allowed staff from different departments to share ideas and understand difficult situations from another department’s point of view. The course increases staff awareness of how important it is to collaborate with other departments and their role in delivering an excellent service. Part of the course is about tourism in both Scotland and Aberdeen, this gives delegates the opportunity to learn how much we have to offer visitors to our Country and our City.
