Fishing Holiday Aberdeen
Aberdeen City and Shire provides many opportunities for fishing – lochs and fisheries, and rivers and estuaries. The area is world-famous for its salmon fishing but not so much is known about its trout fishing of which there is incredible variety available: brown, blue, sea and rainbow.
There’s so much choice for a day’s or days’ fishing whilst based at Skene House HotelSuites. Both the experienced angler and keen novice will a challenge awaits them in the rivers Dee, Don and Ythan each of which are within an hour’s drive of Skene House – with both the Dee and Don on our “doorstep”.
Slightly further afield, are the Speyside rivers Deveron, Findhorn, Spey, Lossie and Ugie and Tayside’s North and South Esk rivers – these are all between 1.5 and 2 hours’ drive.
